Taking on new projects · available now

Websites built properly, and found afterwards.

I’m a developer. I take on a business’s whole digital presence: the site itself, the technical SEO underneath it, visibility in AI answers, and the analytics that show whether any of it worked. One person accountable for the whole chain, instead of three vendors blaming each other.

Project-based or monthly retainer. Contracted through AnsatzAlgo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Delhi. NDA signed before we start.

How I work

Engagement details, up front.

Most of what slows a first project down is paperwork, not scope. Here is everything you or your finance person will ask, before you have to ask it.

Engagement
Project-based or a monthly retainer, roughly 15 to 20 hrs/week of capacity. Scoped per deliverable rather than hourly, so you know the number before anything starts.
Contracting entity
AnsatzAlgo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an Indian private limited company. You sign an MSA and NDA with a registered business, not a freelancer with an invoice template.
US & overseas clients
W-8BEN-E on file for US clients. Services are performed wholly outside the US, so there is no US withholding on business profits.
Payment
Wise Business in USD or GBP for international clients, direct transfer in INR within India, always against an invoice. 50% upfront on a first project, balance on delivery.
Confidentiality
NDA signed before we start. Your analytics, your customer data and anything I see inside your systems stay yours, during and after.
Ownership
You own the site, the accounts and the code at the end of it. Analytics, Search Console and hosting go in your name from day one, not mine, so leaving is never a hostage situation.

Typical engagements: a one-off audit of your site and its search and AI visibility; a build or rebuild with SEO and GEO designed in rather than bolted on; or a monthly retainer covering ongoing technical work, content and reporting. Pricing on the call, once I know which of those it actually is. I also take a limited amount of white-label overflow for agencies, under a non-solicit.

Selected work

Two engagements, with numbers.

Paying clients, not side projects. Each one is a problem, what I actually did, and what changed, with the numbers attached.

T&A Global Group homepage after the rebuild
GA4 sessions by channel for taglobalgroup.com, June 2025 to August 2026
Sessions by channel, June 2025 to August 2026. Analytics was set up as part of this work, so every line starts at zero. Green is organic search: from nothing to a steady 200 to 300 sessions a week.
GA4 channel table for taglobalgroup.com showing sessions and engagement rate by channel, including an AI Assistant row
GA4, June 2025 to August 2026. Organic is a quarter of sessions but engages at 60.7% against 25.5% for direct, so it is the smaller number doing the heavier work. Row six is the one worth noticing: AI Assistant is a channel of its own now, and almost nobody is measuring it yet.

Problem. A consulting firm whose own homepage was not indexed by Google. The site could not be found for the company's own name, so every other marketing spend was pouring into a leaky container.

What I did. Diagnosed and cleared the indexing block, updated the site across homepage, contact, portfolio and insights, stood up Search Console and Analytics, submitted a new sitemap and reworked on-page SEO through the templates rather than page by page. Published keyword-targeted blog content, built a newsletter capture with server-side logging, and developed additional pages to the client's spec with custom PHP work in the WordPress backend.

Result. The homepage was not indexed at all before May 2025 and was indexing from June. Across the sixteen months since, Search Console records 99.9K impressions and 1.38K clicks from a base of zero, and GA4 attributes 9,648 sessions to organic search. Monthly traffic now runs at roughly 2,100 visitors and 3,300 page views, against under 500 before the work started.

  • 99.9Ksearch impressions, 16 months

  • 60.7%organic engagement rate, vs 25.5% direct

Organic is also the channel that brings people back. It is 19% of users but 64% of everyone who returns, and it holds attention for 1m 18s against 11s for direct. The property now logs a distinct AI Assistant channel as well, which is the traffic source most of their competitors are not measuring at all yet.

  • Theme development
  • Conversion UX

Problem. A dark, generic Shopify theme that could not express the brand or support how it wanted to sell. No bundle mechanic, no editorial surface, and delivery options that did not match how the business actually shipped.

What I did. Rebuilt the storefront presentation as a light editorial layout, working in the theme's Liquid templates rather than the theme editor, implemented bundle products so multiple SKUs sell as one unit, added custom shipping and delivery options, and built brand story pages the stock theme did not support.

Result. The storefront moved off the stock Dawn theme onto a custom presentation layer, with bundles live as a selling mechanic and editorial brand pages the theme did not previously support.

Capabilities

What I'm actually hired for.

  • WordPress & PHP

Builds, rebuilds, template-level SEO, and custom backend work in PHP when a plugin will not do it.

  • Shopify & Liquid

Theme code rather than theme settings: bundles, delivery logic, editorial and brand pages.

  • Technical SEO audits

Crawl, index and architecture problems, found and prioritised by what they are costing you.

  • GEO / AI search

Visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews, and the content and markup changes that move it.

  • Schema & structured data

The markup layer most sites are missing, which is often why AI answers skip them entirely.

  • Core Web Vitals

LCP, CLS and blocking-time work on real sites under real traffic, not lab scores.

  • Python & Flask

Scrapers, automation and internal tooling when the presence work needs a system behind it.

  • Search Console & analytics

Measurement set up so the result is arguable from data, not adjectives.

Next step

Thirty minutes, and your site.

Bring the site you think should be performing better than it is. I’ll tell you on the call what is actually holding it back, whether that is the build, the technical SEO, or the fact that AI answers have never heard of you. If it’s useful, we scope one piece of work and see how the working relationship feels before anything bigger.
